The Summit at Rivery Park is a 32-acre mixed-use development located in Georgetown, Texas, just minutes north of Austin on Interstate 35.
Featuring high-end boutique and retail, five restaurants, medical offices and 114 single-family attached residences, the Summit community will be anchored by a 225-room, full-service hotel and conference center.
PHASE I of the project is already underway, including the development of 114 single-family, attached fee-simple residences called The Brownstone. Construction on The Brownstone residences began in 2011, with the first models completed in May of 2012.
PHASE II of The Summit will invest $60 million into the construction of a 225 room, four-star hotel with banquet rooms, 33,000 square feet of conference space, as well as structured parking. The developers plan to attract $21 million in EB-5 capital to complete funding for this phase. With a growing economy, successful development team, and strong government backing, The Summit at Rivery Park presents an EB-5 investment opportunity with minimized risk.
